Albany man posing as teenage boy gets 14 years in prison on child porn, obstruction charges

CONCORD – An Albany man was sentenced on Monday to 168 months in prison for possessing child sexual abuse materials and obstructing justice. United States District Judge Landya McCafferty also sentenced Brian Hargraves, 55, to 10 years of supervised release following his prison term.  Hargraves pleaded guilty in May to posing as a teenage boy online in order to obtain CSAM from minors.
