Whoopsie daisy! Interest charge inadvertently added to city's water, sewer bills

Rochester Voice ROCHESTER - The City of Rochester announced today that it is aware of a printing issue that resulted in a small interest charge of around four to six cents appearing on some recently issued water and sewer bills.
