Mexican national pleads guilty to illegally entering U.S. after two prior removals

BANGOR, Maine - A Mexican man pleaded guilty on Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Bangor to illegally reentering the country after a prior removal.
According to court records, on Sept., a U.S. Border Patrol agent was traveling in Franklin County when he observed a cargo van operating with temporary license plates.
