ROCHESTER - A Greenland man is accused of an organized retail crime enterprise in connection with a series of alleged thefts from the Rochester Lowe's between August and September in 2025.
Jason Brown, 50, of Greenland, conspired with one or more individuals on three separate occasions in a scheme to steal from Lowe's, according to Rochester Police Capt. Jeremy Aucoin.
