ROCHESTER - Major sewer utility improvements are scheduled on Portland Street over the next six weeks.
SUR Construction, Inc. has been retained to remove an existing 6-inch gravity sewer main and install an 8-inch PVC sewer upgrade between McKinley Street and Morton Avenue, according to a release from the city today. The project also includes the installation of new sewer manholes and the re-establishment of existing sewer services for homes and businesses.
