ROCHESTER - The Department of Public Works has announced that intersection improvements to the Summer Street and Columbus Avenue intersection are scheduled to start this fall and won't conclude till late next summer.
Traffic control measures are anticipated during the roadwork, so motorists should anticipate some impacts to travel, including slowdowns. A release from the city urges motorists to plan alternative routes.
