City Manager Katie Ambrose, city part ways suddenly; no explanation of early departure given

ROCHESTER - On Monday Rochester Mayor Chuck Grassie and Deputy Mayor David Walker reached a "mutual agreement with City Manager Katie Ambrose to end her tenure before the conclusion of her 90-day notice period," the city stated in a release today.
Ambrose had originally been scheduled to leave on Nov. 28.
Ambrose submitted her resignation in September, announcing that she would take on a new role as Chief Financial Officer with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services.
