County prosecutor said she was never notified of drug trafficking charge a week before sweetheart plea deal

DOVER – An assistant Strafford County attorney recently told The Rochester Voice she was never made aware that a Rochester man arrested on drug trafficking charges on Oct. 6 would be coming before a Strafford County judge on Oct. 13 to get a sweetheart “no jail time” sentence on six drug possession charges that occurred in 2025.
Prison time for all six charges were for one-and-a-half to four-year sentences, but all suspended for three years.
