Election Unit probe on scam political mailers under way in New Hampshire

CONCORD – Attorney General John M. Formella announced on Friday that several complaints were filed regarding anonymous political mailers that have been distributed in New Hampshire.
The Election Law Unit received the complaints in the past few days from New Hampshire residents who received anonymous political advertising mailers regarding the United States Senate race.
