City announces parking availability at Community Center polls; paving project nearly completed

ROCHESTER - The paving project at the James W. Foley Memorial Community Center is expected to be completed Nov. 9.
The final paving topcoat is scheduled to begin Monday with parking lot striping expected later in the week.
Meanwhile, for Election Day, there will be no school and the SHARE Fund is closed. Additionally, there will be 15 designated parking spaces available for voters, with a 15-minute parking limit to help accommodate voter traffic.
