Loss of longtime Hannaford employee Stephen Dube leaves customers, coworkers stunned, saddened

ROCHESTER – A 42-year Rochester Hannaford employee, a mainstay at the Lilac Mall store’s customer service and express checkout aisle who was beloved by many, is being mourned following news of his death on Thursday.
Stephen Dube was the epitome of courtesy and customer service, according to Lilac Mall store manager Rose Laflamme.
