Fugitive on bail conditions arrested by lawmen

CONCORD, N.H. - Tyler Webber, 24, was arrested this morning in Rochester by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Webber had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Strafford County Sheriff's Office, for a bail violation on an original offense of conspiracy to commit robbery. Webber was featured as the "Fugitive of the Week" Wednesday.
