Northern Seacoast braces for possible flash flooding

A flash flood watch is in effect for Strafford County in New Hampshire and York County in Maine through 8 a.m. on Thursday, with heavy rain expected at times during the overnight tonight. Very heavy rainfalls are expected with two to four inches of rain possible by early Thursday morning. Accuweather forecasters also predict urban and small stream flooding as well.
