Annual Branch River paddle this Saturday

MILTON MILLS - The ever-popular Branch River Paddle takes place Saturday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Using their own canoe or kayak, participants can enjoy a guided tour of a 4 ½ mile stretch along conserved banks of both the Branch and Salmon Falls rivers.

Picnic lunch and boat transport are provided as well as an introduction to the rivers by consulting forester Charlie Moreno and stops en route for birdwatching and other learning opportunities.
The suggested donation is $15/person to help cover event costs.
The maximum number of participants is 60, so early signups are urged.
