ROCHESTER - Rochester's annual Winter Festival is scheduled for Jan. 20 on the Rochester Common.

The city-sponsored event will include s'mores, hot cocoa, touch-a-truck, and a movie.

The festival runs from 3-5 p.m.
Weather permitting, the outdoor ice rink will be open, and there will be special snow activities.
