ROCHESTER - Rochester Police are on the lookout for an East Rochester man who failed to report as a sex offender recently.
An arrest warrant has been filed on Thomas Sweeney, 49, with a last known address at 17 Cattail Place, East Rochester, in connection with a conviction for two counts of sexual assault in Massachusetts.
Sweeney is described as being about 5-foot-11, weighing 200-220 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
