ROCHESTER - The City of Rochester announced today there will be a Winter Festival, at the Rochester Common on Jan. 21, starting at 3 p.m. According to organizers, the festival will be free to eventgoers and will include s'mores, hot cocoa, touch-a-truck and a movie presented by Guyer Travel at 4 p.m. "We're hoping for clear, cold weather so we can open the outdoor ice rink," said Recreation Director Lauren Krans.
