An arrest has been made in the 2019 death of a child in Laconia.
Sherry Connor, 61, was indicted and arrested late last week on multiple charges in connection with the death of a juvenile, which occurred in Laconia on Dec. 24, 2019.
A Belknap County grand jury returned indictments charging Connor with manslaughter for recklessly causing the death of the juvenile. Further, the grand jury returned indictments on charges of negligent homicide, six counts of first degree assault, second degree assault and four counts of witness tampering.
Connor will appear in Belknap County Superior Court on the charges at a later date.
