BEDFORD - The victims of a fatal carbon monoxide incident Sunday have been identified as 78-year-old David P. Moore Jr. and 79-year-old Janice G. Moore. Their deaths were the result of accidental carbon monoxide poisoning, according the the state Medical Examiners Office.
