ROCHESTER - Public Works on Wednesday will temporarily close Winter Street from Rockingham Electric to the intersection of Winter, Wallace, and Furbush streets to replace a fire hydrant.
Work is scheduled to take place from around 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Residents are urged to plan ahead and consider alternate routes to avoid delays. Rockingham Electric will remain open, and traffic will be able to travel between Walgreens and Rockingham Electric.
