ROCHESTER - A New Jersey man was arrested on multiple charges after a head-on crash on the Spaulding Turnpike late Wednesday. Police were called around 10:30 p.m. regarding a report of a hit and run crash on the Spaulding Turnpike near Exit 17, in Milton. The caller reported that a 2004 Toyota Sienna minivan crossed the centerline and sideswiped a 2007 Chevrolet Impala sedan, driven by Corissa Babineau, 21, of Concord.
