MANCHESTER - An arrest has been made in the Monday stabbing death of Christopher Marcoux, 25, in Manchester. Antonio Cajigas, age 22, has been arrested and charged with one count of second-degree murder for recklessly causing the death of Marcoux. Police responded around 5:40 p.m. Monday to the stabbing on South Willow Street at an address listed as Alltown Mobile gas station. The victim was found suffering from a stab wound.
