ROCHESTER - Portland Street will be reduced to one lane of traffic beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, while the Water Department completes a water repair. Traffic will be maintained through the work area, with flaggers directing vehicles. The lane closure will remain in effect until the repair is complete.
