Staff reports ROCHESTER - A Dover man has been charged in the robbery of the Knight Street Cumberland Farms in Rochester on Thursday. Rochester Police say that multiple tips received from the public during their investigation helped lead to the arrest of David Shibles, 34, of Dover. An arrest warrant was issued for Shibles, and on Sunday around 3 a.m. he was arrested by Dover Police and transferred to the custody of Rochester Police Officers.
