ROCHESTER — A 27-year-old Rochester man and registered sex offender has been charged with possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material. Gavin Duquette, 27, faces up to 14 years on the pair of felonies. Formerly of Alton, he ws prviously arrested by Alton Police in February 2021 on similar charges as well as falsifying physical evidence. Duquette was ordered held without bail at the Belknap County Jail pending an arraignment.
