ROCHESTER - The Union Street Parking Lot will be closed for several days next month for final paving and parking lot line painting. The closure timeframe will be from 7 a.m. Sept. 14 till 5 p.m. Sept. 18. All vehicles must be removed from the lot by 7 am on Sept. 14, according to city officials.
