CONCORD – A motorcyclist died Thursday in an early morning crash on an Interstate 93 on ramp in Concord State Police got involved around 4:30 a.m. after receiving reports of a motorcycle crash on the on-ramp to I-93 southbound, at Exit 17. Good Samaritans attempted life-saving measures until State Troopers and first responders arrived.
