Rochester Voice ROCHESTER - The City of Rochester will be flushing fire hydrants beginning Sept. 20 through Nov. 5. The majority of flushing will be scheduled from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and should be completed within 7 weeks. As a result of flushing, some slight discoloration may be noticed in your water.
