Staff reports ROCHESTER - Rochester Rec and Arena will be offering what they describe as "Messy Crafting" for three- to five-year-olds. According to Rec and Arena, with thes messy crafts, the process is just as important as the product. Whether the child leaves with a craft or just leaves with memories, at least the mess will be left behind!
