ROCHESTER - A State of the City breakfast forum will be held on Oct. 2 at the Lilac Club Casino. The event, which runs from 7:30-9 a.m., offers attendees an opportunity to hear from Mayor Chuck Grassie and City Manager Katie Ambrose.
