ROCHESTER - The Department of Public Works will begin construction and paving at the James W. Foley Memorial Community Center, 150 Wakefield Street, on Monday with work expected to continue through Oct. 23. As shown on the accompanying map, the blue area at the rear of the building (near the tennis courts) is where the construction and paving will take place.
