WELLS, Maine - Maine State Police and Wells Police arrested an Atkinson, N.H., man on Sunday in a hit-and-run fatal crash that occurred in March in Wells. Daniel E. Paul, 56, of Atkinson, was charged with Manslaughter, Aggravated Driving to Endanger and Aggravated Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Serious Injury or Death.
