ROCHESTER - The City’s Community Development Division has announced that it will be accepting applications for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2028 (July 1, 2027 – June 30, 2028) General City Funds and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program through 4 p.m. Nov. 20.
