DOVER - A Strafford County grand jury has indicted a Rochester woman on three counts of trafficking fantanyl in the city last February. Kendra Trial, 38, of Gonic Road, is accused of possessing the deadly drug with the intent to distribute on Feb. 2, Feb. 11 and Feb. 19.
