ROCHESTER - A Rochester man is facing trial in a Strafford County courtroom in an at-home marijuana growing operation that one veteran city lawman calls the biggest he's ever seen. David Brock, 53, of 25 Anita St., is charged with a special felony called Acts Prohibited in connection with the arrest.
