ROCHESTER - Two Rochester teenagers have been nabbed for pot possession after a city Detective Unit stopped the pair on a routine traffic stop. Rochester Police say the traffic stop occurred on Wednesday as the two teens turned their vehicle into the Lowes parking lot. Haylee Dow, 18, of 18 Walnut St., and Ariana Boyle, 18, of 15 Hickey St., East Rochester, were charged with possession of a controlled/narcotic drug (marijuana) and will be arraigned Friday in Rochester District Court.
