ROCHESTER - James O. Clarke, 76, died Friday, November 11, 2016, at Frisbie Memorial Hospital surrounded by family. He was born in Baltimore, Md., July 8, 1940, the son of Edward O. and Agnes (Oakford) Clarke.
After graduating Loyola University (Md.), he entered the Air Force. He served during Vietnam and was honorably discharged as a Captain.
Previous employers include Bethlehem Steel, First National Ba
nk of MD, RI Hospital Trust Bank where he was AVP-Training, and the Health Education Consortium. He had served as president of the Baltimore Chapter of the American Institute of Banking.
He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Edward Clarke.
