WAKEFIELD - Thomas J. Obey, Jr., 37, of Wakefield, died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017. Born in Salem, Mass., on March 13, 1980, he was the son of Thomas J. Obey and Robin Edgewood-Reece.
Thomas resided in East Wakefield the majority of his life and enjoyed many hobbies including hunting, fishing, metal detecting and coin collecting.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his Grandmother, Betty Rich; his sister, Angela Blen; brother, Gerald Obey; niece and nephew Abigail and Elijah Blen, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
