MILTON - The Milton Winter Carnival Committee is seeking art entries to appear on the cover of the 2014 Milton Winter Carnival Flyers or Milton Winter Carnival T-shirts and posters. The committee is looking for submission based on the 2014 Carnival theme “Heart of Winter,” so artists should try to represent what the “Heart of Winter” means to them.
