Autopsy slated in city woman's untimely death

ROCHESTER - An autopsy is scheduled on a Rochester woman whose body was found in a city duplex unresponsive and not breathing on Tuesday.

The woman, an unidentified 33-year-old, was found in a common area of her residence, which is located on Wakefield Street in the area of Glenwood Avenue.

The woman had lived in town for only a short time, according to Rochester Police Capt. Gary Boudreau, who said she was found around 11:15 a.m. by family members in a common area of the duplex.

The death is classified as "untimely" and an autopsy is scheduled to be performed, though Boudreau did not know when.

He said police are continuing their investigation.
