Betty Joyce (Busbee) Cullen, 93, wife of Dr. Roland P. Cullen of Rochester, N.H., and Harlingen, Texas, died after several years of declining health, surrounded by family, in Harlingen on Sept. 7.

Betty was born in Norfolk, Va., on Sept. 5, 1929.

Betty was a caring person, devoted to her family, active in her community, a longtime member of St. Mary's Parish in Rochester and will be deeply missed by her family.
