CONCORD - A legislative commission reviewing all aspects of tax apportionment has scheduled two upcoming sessions and the public is invited to participate via zoom.
For any company that only does business in New Hampshire and does not have tax "nexus" in other states, business tax apportionment is not generally something one needs to pay a lot of attention to.
On the other hand, a company that does pay business taxes to other states needs to pay attention
