ROCHESTER - Billy J. Smith, 78, died on Aug. 25, 2021. He was born in Evansville, Ind, Nov. 10, 1942 the son of Billy F. and Corine (Flowers) Smith. Preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Henrietta (Zinny) Smith. 
Together they raised 4 children. Bill was a proud veteran of the Navy. Founder of Admiral Climate Control, a local family business. He was a devoted family man and loved his grandchildren. Bill enjoyed family barbecues, classic cars, and reminiscing about his time on the USS Pollack SSN603. He was sailor and a plank owner.
Bill is survived by his sister Donna Lutton of Evansville, children, and grandchildren. Son Bill Smith and wife Brenda Haberski-Smith. Son Dennis Smith and wife Carol (Zimmer) Smith. Daughter Andrea Smith and Mike Hatheway. Son Steve Smith and wife Heidi Hawkins Smith. Grandchildren, William Smith, Branden Smith, Emily and Darian Berry, Molly Smith, Andy Smith, and Bryan Smith. And, his loving dog Bruno.
