Biz and Community Expo rescheduled to October 24

ROCHESTER - The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce's annual Business and Community Expo has been rescheduled for Oct. 24 from 5-7 p.m. at the Rochester Community Center, 150 Wakefield St., Rochester.

The expo had originally been planned for next month but due to a number of requests and in order to optimize the experience for vendors and the public, the change was made earlier this week.

This event is open to the public and free to attend. Those who attend the event are eligible to win a $1,000 cash grand prize, co-sponsored by Bank of New Hampshire. Many of the exhibitors will conduct door prize raffles at their booths and the chamber will be conducting door prize drawings throughout the event with many fabulous items, donated by area businesses.

A "Taste of the Chamber" features hors d'oeuvres and food items provided from member caterers and restaurants.

The expo is underwritten by Service Credit Union, with event co-sponsors including Amcomm Wireless, Atlantic Broadband, D.F. Richard Energy, Great Bay Community College, Rochester Recreation & Arena, Townsquare Media, Unitil, Waste Management and Wentworth Home.
