Boston woman charged with DUI in crash that kills motorcyclist

NORTH HAMPTON - A Boston woman was charged with DUI Saturday after she collided with a motorcyclist who later succumbed to his injuries at a Portsmouth hospital.
The crash occurred around 3:45 p.m. at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Woodland Road.
Upon arrival, it was determined that a 2015 BMW entered the intersection, causing a collision with a 2020 Harley Davidson motorcycle. The operator of the BMW was identified as Jennifer McCoy, 38.
Both McCoy, her juvenile passenger, and the operator of the motorcycle were taken to Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, where the motorcyclist died.
McCoy and her juvenile passenger were uninjured.
McCoy was charged with driving under the influence and is scheduled to be arraigned in Rockingham County Superior Court.
