Candidate's Forum for Rochester Senate, House seats set for Oct. 19

ROCHESTER - The Greater Rochester Chambers of Commerce and Rochester Listens will present a Candidates' Forum for the State Senate District 6 race as well as State Representatives race for Rochester districts on Monday, October 19. This forum will begin at 6 p.m. and will be held remotely via Zoom.

Candidates for New Hampshire State Representatives in Rochester Districts will present their positions on state issues and answer questions from a media panel. This will be followed by candidates for New Hampshire State Senate-District 6 with Incumbent State Senator James Gray (R-Rochester) and State Senate candidate Christopher Rice (D-Rochester), who will present their positions on various state issues and will answer questions from a panel of media representatives.

Questions will also be taken from those in attendance during the event via the Zoom chat as well as via email to events@rochesternh.org prior to the event. The forum will be moderated by T.J. Jean, Frisbie Memorial Hospital.

This Candidate forum will be recorded and broadcast following the event on Rochester's Government Channel 26, the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce website and Facebook pages of the Chamber and Rochester Listens. The forum will be rebroadcast several times prior to Election Day on November 3rd.
