MILTON - With high snow banks and slippery road surfaces, Milton Elementary School principal Doug Kilmister is asking parents to be extra careful when picking up and dropping off their children for school, especially at the school's back entrance.

In this week's school newspaper The Purple Page he notes there have been a couple of close calls.

If parents see any other safety issues, they are asked to please alert the office staff.
