The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce has announced plans for its annual Chamber Raffle

Underwritten by D.F. Richard Energy, tickets are on sale for a chance to win $10,000 or a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

Eventgoers are invited get their ticket early.

The ducats, sponsored by Service Credit Union, are now available for purchase, with only 325 available at $100 each.

The theme of this year's Chamber Raffle Bash event is "A Night at the Movies." It is scheduled to be held on Friday, Aug. 14, 6-9:30 p.m. at The Governor's Inn at 78 Wakefield Street in Rochester.

The winners of the Grand Prize, runner-up prizes and second chance prizes drawn do not have to be present to win. Should restrictions be in place at the time of the event that will preclude ticket holders from attending, we will switch to a virtual event.

As an added attraction, anyone who purchases their tickets before July 10 will be entered into an Early Bird Raffle for a chance to win $250, sponsored by Grondin Funeral Home.

Although the Chamber office is currently closed to the public for health and safety purposes amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the staff is there working. Tickets may be purchased online with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card at http://rochesternh.chambermaster.com/store/2020-chamber-raffle-ticket or by calling the Chamber office at 603-332-5080.

Those purchasing tickets through the Chamber office or website will receive a $10 gift certificate to Granite Steak & Grill at 11 Farmington Road in Rochester or to Windjammer's Seafood Restaurant at 240 Portland Street in Rochester.

Chamber Raffle tickets can also be purchased at these restaurants to receive the $10 gift certificate. The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce looks forward to continuing this popular raffle that many enjoy each year.

The Chamber realizes this is tough economic times. As Chambers of Commerce are not eligible for the many COVID-19 financial assistance programs that have been offered, we need to continue efforts to raise funds so that we may continue to provide service to our member businesses and the community. Any assistance that can be provided is greatly appreciated.

The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will make needed adjustments as we move forward.
