SANFORD, Maine - A 36-year-old Rochester man has been arrested in a domestic violence assault in Sanford.
Michael P. Leahy, of 19 Park St., Rochester, N.H., was taken into custody shortly after 3:20 a.m. on Saturday after police say he caused injuries to the victim's arm and back during an incident at 185 Bernier Road.
The injuries were reported as nonlife threatening.
Leahy was taken to York County Jail without incident, police said.
