ROCHESTER - A city man was arrested for driving drunk following a traffic stop after he spun his tires, police say.
Greg Columbia, 53, of 14 Cove Court, was charged with misuse of power (spinning tires) and a DWI.
He was released to a sober person and bailed on $1,500 personal recognizance pending an October court date.
